Refund & Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to change your mind and request a return. This right applies to all purchases regardless of geographic location.

2. Return Eligibility

Eligible: Unopened, undamaged packs in original condition. Non-Eligible: Opened or used packs cannot be returned for health and safety reasons, even if partially used. Damaged packaging due to customer negligence is non-returnable.

3. Return Process

Contact us at info@beautneckia.world or +61 2 8897 3547 to notify us of your return. We will provide return shipping instructions. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the product is defective.

4. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it ships by contacting us. Cancellations made before shipment are processed as full refunds. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.

6. Refused Delivery

If you refuse delivery at the point of receipt, your order is cancelled and you owe no payment. We will arrange return of the parcel at no cost to you.

7. Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.

8. Non-Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with Novara Daily Reserve for any reason (other than those listed above), you may return it unopened within 14 days for a refund. You pay return postage in this case.
